Price information is collected every month from companies. The Swedish Consumer Agency takes on the role of customer in order to receive the same information as an ordinary consumer.

  1. How much does it cost to send 1 000/3 000/5 000 Swedish crowns to X? 

  2. What exchange rate will be used if I send money now? 

  3. How long will it take for the money to arrive? 

  4. How do I send money? (online, bank account, telephone, etc.) 

  5. How does the recipient withdraw the money? (cash, online, ATM, etc.) 

  6. Where can the recipient withdraw the money? (nationwide, large towns, etc.) 

  7. Will the recipient have to pay to withdraw the money?  

  8. As a customer, is there anything else that I need to know?
